Grow and maintain sales within the territory by managing and maintaining customer relationships and key account management.
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s in Life Science or Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of sales or marketing experience preferably in a bio-pharmaceutical related field.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must be detailed oriented and analytical. Ability to work independently with little to no direction. Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities to achieve deadlines. Ability to demonstrate effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to develop business relationships. Must be willing to communicate across department lines and work collaboratively in a team environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint and SAP.
WORKING CONDITIONS: This position requires traveling throughout the US and Europe to meet with key customers. Additional travel may be required globally to increase and build relationship with customers or affiliates.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires the ability to sit for 3-6 hours per day; stand, walk, bend over, and reach above head less than an hour a day; lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds occasionally, eye/hand coordination and repetitive use of hands/arms for writing and computer work. Frequent interaction and communication with internal and external customers.
