Overview

Develop Direct to Consumer, Digital and Social Media Marketing campaigns by engaging with consumers, Health Care Providers and advocacy communities through educational content, practical tips, and compelling media to highlight the benefits and value of the Cambrooke brand & product portfolio. Drive brand awareness, encourage product trial, and build long-term loyalty while continuously measuring and optimizing digital performance to increase sales. 

Qualifications

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• B.S/B.A. in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Communication, Public Relations or Information Systems 
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing role. 
• At least 3 years’ experience managing social media platforms such IG, TT, FB and LinkedIn. 
• Hands-on experience with social video creation, editing and social analytics 
• Experience leveraging analytics to drive insight and action. 
• Experience with mobile apps, loyalty (data base management) and online content, best practices, with general awareness of the digital landscape. 
• Proven experience in developing and executing CRM programs and utilizing digital marketing tools. Define key metrics, optimize performance, and drive customer engagement. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Ability to develop, curate, copyright and activate content including posts, imagery, recipes, videos, and stories - that align with overall marketing objectives and goals, across campaign-oriented, seasonal, evergreen, and opportunistic content themes – and activating across key consumer and HCP social channels, on time and on budget 
• Able to think quickly and creatively about problems and develop efficient solutions with an understanding of technical feasibility, anticipating possible issues within implementation 
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial driven environment 
• Strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize and track multiple projects simultaneously and independently; Willingness to wear "many hats" and adapt as organizational priorities change 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well independently and with others at all levels of the organization. 

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Typical office environment (Hybrid). PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires the ability to sit for a minimum of 6 hours per day; stand, walk, bend over, and reach above head less than an hour a day; lifting or carrying of 10 pounds occasionally, eye/hand coordination and repetitive use of hands/arms for writing and computer work. Frequent interaction and communication with internal and external customers.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• 10% Travel required to medical conferences/trade shows and patient events.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and implementation of both product roadmap and brand-specific activations on ACI’s web properties, and Social Media Platforms partnering with Category Brand Teams, external agencies and internal teams to ensure timely, flawless execution of key brand initiatives 
• Manage content calendars and build capabilities to increase speed and relevance of social media assets to enable more authentic connections with consumers 
• Proactively monitor and execute community management for both consumer and industry-facing channels, identifying key opportunities to address consumer feedback, inquiries, and trends, and ensuring timely responses and engagement. 
• Develop and execute against industry-facing social media strategy—and proactively identify opportunities to develop and share content. Optimizing SEO, CTR, ROA’s 
• Help set metrics and analyze social media performance using in-platform measurement and social listening tools, providing detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement or engagement and execution. 
• Act as a thought leader with Category Brand Teams to ensure business objectives are translated into best-in-class digital customer experiences. 
• Help educate ACI’s members and partners about social media best practices, trends and create tools and turnkey content that can be easily leveraged by ACI’s members and partners. 
• Partner with Regulatory and Medical Affairs teams to ensure all content meets regulatory and legal guidelines. 

Salary Range

$105,000 - $114,000 plus 12.5% potential bonus
