The Digital Transformation Engineer/Specialist will lead and support cross-functional digital initiatives across AHN, driving automation, systemization, and strategic alignment with the AHN Digital Transformation Roadmap. This role is critical in transforming operational processes through technology, ensuring scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, innovation, and business growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is beneficial.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps).
• Strong understanding of system design, data architecture, artificial intelligence, and database management preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences, including understanding best practices for software documentation (flowcharts, UMLs, wireframes, SOPS)
• Strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and digital innovation.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time. 
• Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations.
