As Maintenance Supervisor you would oversee the maintenance team’s day-to-day activities to ensure that equipment and facilities are kept in good working order.
Responsible for working independently to support Scientific & Regulatory Affairs as well as Quality related initiatives, including but not limited to responding to customer requests of product documentation such as questionnaires, creating new statements regarding regulatory and quality compliance, preparing SOPs, and implementing and supporting quality systems. The primary focus of this role will be supporting regulatory compliance for our stocks and broth concentrates business.
The purpose of this position is giving direction and assisting extract employees to keep the extract process flowing and producing quality product. This person should be fully capable and knowledgeable in all aspects of the department including every step of the process and all equipment and paperwork associated with it.
As a key member of our Corporate Communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to enhance the company's brand and reputation.
This position will operate packaging equipment working on various packaging lines in multiple warehouses. This is a dayshift position that rotates days to include weekends on 10 hour shifts.
POSITION PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for delivery and application of fertilizer products as well as equipment and grounds maintenance.
SCHEDULE:
This is a days position, typically M - F, but will vary depending on the season or as required.
Responsible for maintaining sufficient inventory of critical spare parts. Maintenance and continuous improvement of the CMMS system (eMaint). Work closely with Engineering and Maintenance to ensure correct parts are available for projects and daily operations. Receive shipments and add parts to inventory. Generate reports as needed for purchasing, inventory management, and related KPI reporting.
This opening is for our Industrial Maintenance Registered Apprenticeship program. During the course of the program, the apprentice will receive on-the-job training and complete required coursework via Indian Hills Community College. Participants must be willing to complete both aspects of the program in order to obtain their Registered Apprenticeship Certification from the State of Iowa. This position will perform general maintenance of equipment in a fermentation manufacturing environment.

This position is responsible for monitoring & controlling the fermentation/purification process through field work, communication, and lab testing, all while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
SCHEDULE: Twelve hour alternating shift schedule between days & nights; must be able to work holidays, evenings, and weekends. Work three days one week (36 hours) and four days the next week (48 hours - 8 hours built in OT).
