The Supply Chain Specialist (SCS) has broad ranging responsibilities in all aspects of Supply Chain operations and is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day supply chain business results are achieved. This role combines analysis and reporting along with hands-on application within each of the departments in Supply Chain to ensure excellence in the overall performance of the operations. The position provides backup and support to key positions within the Supply Chain team.  This position will support Supply Chain Manager on all day-to-day operations where required. As MTG continues to change, this position will be a key position to influence business process and change into our new ERP project.

This role has ownership in the purchasing operations of the Parts Warehouses in the Eddyville complex.This position is responsible for processing requisitions on time for maintenance parts, maintenance services, and fertilizer.  Schedule is Monday - Friday (8 hour days).

The Instrumentation and Electrical Technician will troubleshoot and maintain all controls, instrumentation, and electrical equipment to support operations and maintenance teams.

This opening is for our Industrial Maintenance Registered Apprenticeship program.  During the course of the program, the apprentice will receive on-the-job training and complete required coursework via Indian Hills Community College.  Participants must be willing to complete both aspects of the program in order to obtain their Registered Apprenticeship Certification from the State of Iowa.  This position will perform general maintenance of equipment in a fermentation manufacturing environment.

Supervise all production activities in the assigned production area. This includes having a solid understanding of the effective and efficient operations of highly automated equipment. It also includes ensuring proper documentation of in-process parameters as well as meeting all product quality and regulatory standards. This position is expected to be able to support production processes to cover employee absences, breaks and other events.

This position is responsible for conducting chemical and physical laboratory tests and analysis on products and raw materials, making judgments on quality, reporting results, and assisting with special projects in accordance with GMP and safe food/safe feed policies.  Analysis includes chemical, physical, and microbiological testing of raw materials in process and final product in compliance with all ISO standards.     It will be a 4 day a week, 10 hour position (from 6:00am to 4:00pm) which could include Saturdays and Sundays depending on the needs of the company.

Ajinomoto North America Division is in search of someone with the ability to manage the claims process from the beginning to end. This individual should be able to assess the value and merits of each claim, analyze policy coverage, assess damages, and negotiate settlements. This individual should be able to liaison between our facilities management, broker, forensic accountant, and adjuster. In addition, this individual should also have a risk management background who can assist with risk policy development, risk assessment, mitigation, and prevention projects.

Operates and maintains packaging machines and related equipment. Palletizes, stores, inventories, and loads product for shipment in a manner to guarantee quality and safe product to the customer. Unloads incoming materials. SCHEDULE: Night Shift 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. rotating nights of the week every week.  Week 1: Mon., Tues., Fri., Sat. Week 2: Sun., Weds., Thurs. 

The principal accountability of the position will be to maintain the cleanliness of the More Than Gourmet facility. This includes daily cleaning activities, specialized cleaning activities, handling and preparing cleaning chemicals, storing chemicals, managing routine chemical accidents. This position will also support other production activities as required.
