POSITION PURPOSE: This position is responsible for monitoring & controlling the fermentation/purification process through field work, communication, and lab testing, all while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
SCHEDULE: Twelve-hour alternating shift schedule (2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on nights); must be able to work holidays, evenings, and weekends. Work three days one week (36 hours) and four days the next week (48 hours - 8 hours built in OT).
The principal accountability of the position is to support all general production activities. This includes setting equipment up for production, any necessary cleaning, monitoring the filling process of the finished product, and final packaging for distribution. This position will also support any other production activities as required by the Lead, Production Supervisor or the Manufacturing Manager. The work schedule for this position is a 2-2-3 schedule (12 hour shifts) overnight from 6 pm - 6:30 am.
As Maintenance Supervisor you would oversee the maintenance team’s day-to-day activities to ensure that equipment and facilities are kept in good working order.
